Frozen Bloodworms. They are nearsighted so you kind need to have a turkey baster and to wave the bloodworms in front of them.

Mine just eat the leftover flakes that the rest of the fish don't eat.

i fed mine frozen tubifex, brine shrimp, and occasionally blood worms. I used tweezers/tongs to feed them

:iagree: Also, there are a few kinds of pellets out there that have a decent amount of nutrition in them if you want to suppliment sometimes with those, but the really like live/frozen food and hand feeding them or feeding them with tweezers is fun.
