if she is prego then shes gunna have a one heck of a batch of free swimmers atleast 100 if not more from the looks of that but she isnt preggo so no need to worry bout that part what u do need to worry about is seperateing her and medicating her. could be an internal blockage or sum other stuff wrong wit her

well QT her and medicate her with warm soft pea but peal the shell tho and squish the inside so that the pea is all tiny or what ever and that will make her poo soften up so she can go number 2 then wen she does look very closly to see if u have any intestal worms if u do then ur gunna need someone else help with that part

if it is indeed a male, I would suggest separating him and fasting him for a couple days and then introducing frozen pea meat to him.... this is definitely something to be concerned about... Make sure the hospital tank is pristine...
