Sparkling Gourami's Spawned

You have extremely good luck! Your gf has excellent tastes! If you wouldn't mind me asking, what is the pH and hardness levels of the water?

I haven't checked in a while but PH is 7.6-7.8 and KH was 7 with GH of 13 last I checked and that usually doesn't change much from my understanding.

I took pictures just didn't transfer them from memory card to computer yet. Planned on doing it yesterday and got side tracked.

That is very cool! Congrats to you and your fishes!!!!

Look into golden pearls if you really want to raise the fry. They come in a variety of sizes, and some are suitable for gourami fry. Otherwise, do a little research on breeding bettas, they're pretty much the same regarding fry care/needs.

Yeah I did that. I think they are even smaller at birth though because a adult sparkling gourami only gets to like a little over a inch. The are really small gourami the smallest of them all I believe. So after a month the fry were still so small they couldn't eat BBS. Right now I am having a hard time getting the parents to spawn in my 10 gallon tank. The only way they spawn is in the 3 gallon eclipse for some reason. So I wonder can I have them spawn in the 3 gallon then move the nest to the 10 gallon without killing all the eggs? Maybe wait until they become wigglers and then move them?

Worth a try, particularly if you can't raise the fry in the eclipse. Something else that may be helpful would be to add some floating plants like Najas or hornwort to the fry tank. Live plants, particularly a fairly thick growth, will help support more micro-critters for the fry to feed on.
