well...i think that it should be said that you have a few things going against you. you have low and med/low light plants. no matter how much light you put on top of that tank, saturate it with co2, and dose it with ferts....you wont pearl!
low light plants take in less co2, less light, less nutrients and expel less o2....not much you can really do about it.
dont start adding more light, co2, ferts just because you want your tank to pearl. IMHO, when a tank pearls you are simply wasting electricity and running up your electricity bill. your tank setup sounds fine i wouldnt change a thing unless you are going to start with new/different plants.
pearling does not equal healthy plants.
