Hi All,

I've had my planted tank for about 2 years now, and just wanted to see if anyone has any advice on how to make it look nicer. The first pic is how it looked about a year and a half ago. The second two is how it looks currently. Just did a waterchange, so don't mind all the little bubbles.

I'm thinking of getting rid of the java fern on the right. It has gotten way too big, and is taking up about half of my tank. It seems to be shading out a lot of plants too. So, if you're interested PM me with an offer, I haven't shipped anything yet, but am willing to give it a try.

I've also noticed that my Red Ludwigia has many white roots along the stem of the plant. It seems to be healthy, but the roots don't look the greatest. Is this because my light is not as strong as it would like?

Open to all sugestions.

Thanks-

29 gallon tank, CO2 system, dry ferts EI method, 65watt light, 6 Neons, 8 Endlers, 4 Corys, and Red cherry shrimp on the way.
Plants: Java Fern, Wisteria, Java Moss, Red Ludwigia, and some glosso(just got).

Yes, the background, I forgot to mention that. It is my intention to get a black background, I had a fake plant background, and just removed that because I didn't like the look.

I was going to leave it in the pot just to see if it survives. I guess I will take it out though if it will help it spread quicker.

Thanks
