Plec-proof plants?

What kind of plants and plecos?
Ancistrus generally just eat algae.
 
I have java fern & anubias in with an 8" common Hypostomus and an 8" Gibbiceps. They do fine...occasionally got knocked around til they were firmly rooted.

I have ancistrus in with Jungle val and red crypts. plants seem fine.
