Angels, could I have a pair?

I have one fully grown angel and two younger ones, can't remember but probably six months or so since I got them...they don't have the "frontosa" hump yet.

Anyway, at the beginning, the original angel would put them in their place, as I'd expect, but since then the young ones have been fighting back and the older one tends to spend more time hiding, much to the pleasure of the loaches and plecos.

Today I noticed the two young angels staring at each other and doing the head-butting/kissing thing kind of like I think I saw in a youtube once on someones paired angels. One of mine seems more placid than the other.

Could my guess be correct? If it is, they are nice fish and I'd be happy to let them breed.

This tank is only 55g but seems just big enough for all of them. Should I separate them anyway? If so, should it be the pair that I move to their own 20g or similar? How long do I have as I'll need to cycle up a tank?
