TBH there isnt too many BAD veggies... its just a matter of what is most healthy and what they will eat willingly
I use zuchini, dark lettuce, and cucumber only because that is all I can get them to eat (and I have had hundreds of plecos in my time) one of them loved tomatoes, one of them would eat carrots... but all in all the zuchini is the most healthy and the only one they are pretty much guarenteed to go for eventually (takes coaxing sometimes)
Other things that are good for fry-
finely ground up flakes,
powdered dried phytoplankton (yes the reef kind... I have used this for years its very high in lotsa good stuff)
