Hello Everyone
A friend of mine needed the "space" so he asked me if I would take his pleco. Thinking that it was a small clown pleco I said yes. Its not. I dont know what kind he/she is other than a 4 1/4 in. poop machine.LOL. I have barely fed him and there is no algae in my QT/Cull tank and he has not stopped pooping.LOL. Its been 3 days so far. I just want to properly I.D. it so I can offer him to someone that will "Want" him. If anyone reading this is interested in him please drop me a P.M. Thanks,Andy AKA NycGuppyDude.

Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps aka Sailfin Pleco those are nice love em I want one but when I get my tank situation under control. They get territorial towards plecos of similiar shape n color to include there own family. They get big 18" is not unheard of.
 
I used to have one until it killed my Farowella. Then I gave him to my brother-in-law. It's not 7" long. They get a beautiful marble pattern on them though.
 
No problem. Gibbiceps are easy to identify for me lol ive had so many granted most died that was previously though when I didnt know nothing bout cycling a tank or even bout water changes. So yeah.... Now I dont own any cuz there to big. If I had a pond I would get one again. That or a big tank.
