I am currently towards the end of a bryopsis battle and also have a good amount of detritus on my LR. I have a small army of about 10-15 hermit crabs, 3-4 turbo snails and an orange sea star. Planning to perform another water change soon to get as much debris as possible. Any suggestions on a clean up crew addition for the detritus and dead algae?

I had a Sea-cuc in my tank for years. It was long about 3" long. I do not think they are poisonous, maybe if you eat it. I like them the best for turning the sand and eating the poop.
The only other "thing" I can think of is an Emerald Green Crab.

Mine stayed in the substrate. Left trails of poop (sand).
